To develop and implement structures, strategies, and tools to meet the diverse learning needs of our students, in order to improve student achievement.
Staff Development
To develop and fund a staff development program that enhances capabilities of all staff to identify learners needs; adapt instruction to address needs and inspire all learners to achieve excellence.
Staffing
To develop and implement human resource strategies and desirable working conditions that will result in attracting and retaining high quality staff.
Instruction - Technology
To renew our commitment to using technology to improve instruction and to providing students and teachers with opportunities to develop necessary technology skills.
